Janice Tsoules
Head of Communications
SAP Americas
As Head of Communications for SAP Americas, Janice Tsoules leads the region’s
communications strategy across internal and external audiences, partnering closely with
regional leadership to advance SAP’s business and reputation. She cultivates a
high-performance, accountable culture within the Americas communications team and
contributes communication best practices that strengthen the global organization. Janice
also serves as a trusted advisor to executive and non-executive business leaders,
providing strategic counsel and leveraging deep communications expertise to help achieve
their priorities.
Janice began her communications career in 2007 as an agency associate dedicated to the
SAP account, focusing on media relations. She joined SAP in 2011 and has since held
multiple roles spanning integrated communications across industries and lines of business.
Her experience also includes supporting the communications programs for two members
of SAP’s Executive Board.
She holds a bachelor’s degree in English Literature with a minor in German from California
Polytechnic State University, San Luis Obispo, and completed a year of study at the
Universität Heidelberg in Germany. Janice resides in North Carolina with her husband and
two children.
