The Rotation Program at SAP Labs Latin America is a two-year internship program, where students rotate between 3 different lines of business. Including business and technical related areas, working with the latest and market trending intelligent technologies. All that with a strong guidance and development support from the program, receiving on-the-job training and structured guidance and coaching from some of the top leaders in technology. The program provides the students a broad overview about the company’s products, processes and technologies. During this period the interns acquire business acumen and a unique set of technical and soft skills that prepares them for a bright future at SAP.

So, how does it work?

The Rotation Program at SAP Labs Latin America helps students – like you –  to find out what truly inspires you. During the program, you get to work in many different teams, otherwise known as rotations, so you can try multiple roles to get a taste of what you like, from technical to business related areas.

 

 

You’ll have the opportunity to work in a technical role, which will include coding. You’ll be able to choose from many different technical teams that we have at SAP and experience hands-on multiple technologies and programming languages to work with.

What do we look for in a candidate?

Students eligible to apply should be:

  • Currently enrolled in a university, and have had completed the first semester
  • Located in the Grande Porto Alegre region, including cities around São Leopoldo  
  • Enrolled in IT or business-related courses, such as computer science, information systems, IT an others for a technical focus assignment. Enrolled in business management, administration, communication and others for assignments with business focus.
  • Able to work 4 or 6 hours a day, and have at least 2 years left until graduation
  • Advanced English, Spanish is a plus

Assessment
As soon as we have your application for a technical position, you will receive an e-mail asking you to complete an online technical assessment. For business positions the assessment is not needed.

Interviews
There are two rounds of interviews. They may be on campus, at our office, or over the phone.
