smartRoom is a SAPUI5 application for planning and booking rooms in your offices. The app is optimized for the SAP Fiori Launchpad and can also run standalone on any device.
Overview
Precise room planning without conflicts
With the planning calendar in smartRoom you can see all the bookings for each room at a certain time (day, week, and month). Admins can see the associated Employees.
Direct on-premises or cloud integration
Room, bookings, and personal numbers are all stored in SAP customer tables. The app also uses standard SAP Tables and is optimized for the SAP Fiori Launchpad and can also run standalone.
Fast and easy planning
With a simple form each of your employees can quickly plan a stay in a room. The app automatically recognizes overlapping bookings, meaning more self service and less administration effort.

Booking a room
Rooms can be easily booked via a dialog. Team rooms can only be booked by corresponding team members (based on HCM's org management). Internal participants and also externals, like visitors can easily be added.
Interactive Graphics
Providing an interactive floor plan of your offices, employees can easily book a room by clicking on it. Floorplans can hold any visible information available for the rooms to simplify decisions.
Occupancy overview
Administrators can see the occupancy of the rooms at any period. A list will be displayed with all the employees who were present during this period. This provides possibilities in terms of information but also in terms of security aspects.
