Create a new sales channel
Enable your customers to shop directly from your videos and live streams, creating a new video based revenue channel. Your customers will be able to click on items tagged within your content which shows them the product details and ability to add these directly to their shopping cart.
Collect customer preference data
Collect new data points for customer preferences based on the products they have shown interest in within your shoppable videos and live shopping events. This data can then be used to enhance customer profiles and retargeting to increase long term conversion.

Features
Make videos shoppable
Add shoppable hotspots to any of your existing videos, to create a shoppable video embedded on your e-commerce. A viewer can click on the hotspots to instantly see product details and to shop. There is also a shoppable product carousel alongside the video.
Build live shopping events
Build live shopping events which combine a live stream video feed, comments, likes and shoppable products. Viewers are able to explore and shop featured items in real time, comment, ask questions and send likes. The live shopping events are available as a fully interactive recording after the event.
Access interactive video analytics data
View detailed interactive video based analytics in the analytics dashboard. The analytics events can also be exported as events into third party tracking platforms.
