One thing I like about my job is that I get to talk to employees all over the world. Recently, I had the opportunity to talk with Jeongha Lim who is a Digital Demand Agent at SAP based in Seoul, South Korea. She works closely with companies across industries to explore the latest technologies and best practices to help them run better. I was inspired how she was deeply motivated by her clients’ desire for success, and how she strives to deliver her expertise in SAP technology and innovations.
Jeongha is the kind of person who is in touch with her creative side. She sees the beauty in things and looks for opportunities to improve the world around her – whether it’s being on the lookout to make something more efficient, find solutions to challenges, or simply giving someone her positive “cheer-up power”, as she calls it.
When asking Jeongha about her role, she simply responded, "I love my job. I meet a lot of people at work and I enjoy interacting with customers too. My colleagues at SAP are supportive and collaborative."
Jeongha originally heard about SAP from her previous company, Oracle. She had read a lot about SAP and some acquaintances kept telling her that it is an open and transparent company that encourages free communication and welcomes employees from all professional and personal backgrounds.
Because of her love of art and aesthetics, she shared how she was initially hesitant that it wouldn’t be appreciated in a new company. But she was pleasantly surprised how SAP didn’t let her expertise in visual communication, market research, editorial design, and advertising development go to waste! She is part of the SAP Commercial Sales Academy program, which she got accepted to in 2017. SAP sent her to sunny California where she took part in a world-class training experience to get the skills, confidence, and experience to begin a successful career at SAP.

Looking back at her incredible 8-month experience at the SAP Commercial Sales Academy program, Jeongha shared how her best moment was simply that she got to meet her fantastic team and make new friends!
