Philos IT supplies, implements, enhances and supports SAP e-commerce and customer experience (CX) solutions. We're probably best known for our SAP Commerce Cloud expertise, but our capability is wider than that because we solve business problems. True, we architect, design and build ecommerce business solutions using SAP’s enterprise platform; but, our objective is to always enable our clients to optimise their digital channel business processes. In every project, we seamlessly connect other platforms and software products in a way that gives the best business outcome possible. A lot of these connected solutions are from SAP e.g. SAP CX, C4C and S4C. Others are from third party vendors.

Philos IT is used to working with complex ecommerce challenges, some Commerce Cloud implementations combining support for B2B, B2C and B2B2C.
At the same time, we sell and implement mid-market and SME e-commerce solutions from SAP, working in an agile way and providing rapid time-to-market. We’re big fans of SAP’s new API-first and headless commerce initiatives e.g. Spartacus and Upscale Commerce. In fact, more recently, using the layered, accessible infrastructure inherent in these SAP strategies, Philos IT has begun to develop standard connectors and apps that extend the function of SAP’s CX technology range and serve our clients’ needs more fully. Working together like this is what we believe will make our future brighter and more exciting with SAP.
