VRTCL Medical Suite is our flagship product. It is a patient centric hospital administrative care management with complete SAP trace of the services, materials and medicines used per patient per event per healthcare plan or commercial agreement. All modules integrate to have an accurate full revenue cycle control with SAP financial engine.
Creates patient and insurance company balance by collecting relevant charges data from getting the appointment to patient discharge, using automated healthcare plans consultancy management, procedures and medicaments coverage and coding.
VRTCL Medical Suite includes a medical records and administrative forms designer that allows the user to edit build in forms and create new ones from scratch that can be integrated to user activated modules or functions. Some of them are appointments, outpatient, ER, ambulatory services, hospitalization, KPIs and insurance plans. Thanks to its forms designer and other localization tools the solution can be implemented with any government or medical standard.
VRTCL Medical Suite is highly scalable, localizable and designed for Integration. We have customers with one Outpatient consultancy unit to over 300 hospital beds, from 10 to 1,000 users and from single location customer to over a 33 offices corporation in one cloud instance.
