We have a multi-service platform that integrates seamlessly with SAP, offering a series of automation solutions (APPs) for Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable, with direct connectors to the Italian SDI (Sistema di Interscambio) for the receipt and transmission of electronic invoices, and the Customs Agency for customs declarations. All the APPs are integrated with each other and share key search criteria and document and data classifications with SAP, such as IDs, business partner records, and information related to PO/MM.
The Maxtrino platform enables a fivefold increase in the efficiency of operators handling Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable. For example, the registration of an invoice, complete with checks over PO/MM or analytical details, can take a couple of minutes at most.
The platform offers a wide range of standard features, with the possibility of creating customizations tailored to the client's needs.
