AL_ACS allows customers to take their SAP content to the Cloud along with their S/4 HANA systems and AI-enable it on the way.
SAP customers leverage AL_ACS as an Intelligent Cloud ECM Content Services solution for SAP & SuccessFactors. SAP systems can utilize MS Azure, AWS & Google Cloud as full service ArchiveLink and/or CMIS based ECM with full function Cloud Platform Content Services, including Azure AI/Document Intelligence.
AL_ACS Content Services meta data-driven Interoperability covers SAP S/4 HANA, GROW and ECC along with cloud native connectivity to ArchiveLink and CMIS based repositories, using cloud storage containers, M365 and/or SharePoint On-line directly in the customer's own Cloud tenant. Plus, it supports use of Azure SharePoint Online for SuccessFactors. No VMs or gateways needed!
To support content-enabling of SAP processes, AL_ACS combines cloud native SAP content management plus the interop facilities needed for SAP content processing, automated applications, and digital transformation initiatives.
