With the OfficeMaster Suite, buyers send orders directly from Materials Management (MM), sellers send quotations from Sales and Distribution Processing (SD) and accountants send payment advices from Financial Accounting (FI) without having to print out the documents first. Thanks to the complete integration in various SAP modules, the dispatch takes place simply at the push of a button and from the workflow.

Checking the transmission status is just as simple. The user receives a legally binding transmission report (with NGDX, fax) in his SAP Business Workplace, which can be printed out or archived fully automatically in advance. The incoming messages are also stored in the SAP Business Workplace. This creates an integrated cycle that optimises the work processes in the company.

In addition to e-mail transmission, SAP also supports document exchange via NGDX and fax. OfficeMaster Suite also enables the sending/receiving of SMS messages directly from SAP.

The connection is based on the basic interfaces SMTP or SAP NetWeaver, which are used by the individual applications such as MM, SD, FI, CO and HR for external communication via NGDX, fax, SMS and Internet mail.
