Overview
Cloud-native ECM- and E-Invoicing-Platform
CTO has been an ECM software vendor and IT consulting partner for the German Mittelstand for over 30 years. With our SAP-certified platform CLARC, we deliver cloud-native document management, archiving, and e-invoicing for SAP S/4HANA and SAP ECC – flexibly deployed as cloud, hybrid, or on-premises, with full data sovereignty in Germany.
Expertise
Services and specializations by product area
Set up a flexible ECM and archiving scenario that suits you best – cloud, hybrid, or on-premises, hosted on Microsoft Azure Germany West Central. CLARC – our SAP-certified content platform – lets you follow any IT strategy going forward, with native SAP integration via ArchiveLink, SAP CMIS, and SAP ILM, without vendor lock-in when transforming from ECC to S/4HANA.
Leverage the S/4HANA business case with a true cloud-native architecture – microservices on Kubernetes, real multi-tenancy, zero-downtime updates, and automatic patching, with no re-licensing surprises.
Prepare for the German e-invoicing mandate today: CLARC supports XRechnung, ZUGFeRD, and PEPPOL out of the box, natively integrated into SAP S/4HANA and SAP BTP.
Reduce total cost of ownership by replacing bloated legacy DMS/ECM systems with CLARC – IDW PS 880 certified, GoBD-compliant, backed by 5,000+ SAP customers and 30 years of SAP archiving expertise.
Move confidently from ArchiveLink to modern SAP CMIS integration with our best-practice migration paths – with data that stays in Germany, under German data protection law, and no exposure to the US Cloud Act.
