Migrations and conversions: ECC to S/4HANA, brownfield and greenfield, on premise and RISE, with cutovers rehearsed until downtime is predictable. Upgrades: release and RISE cycles with regression testing that protects what already works. Archiving and ILM: cutting database footprint to reduce conversion runtime, HANA sizing, and infrastructure cost. Basis and Security: system administration, landscape work, and authorization design. Integrations: SAP Cloud Integration and BTP Integration Suite, built to survive upgrades. BTP and clean core: CAP and ABAP RAP development, Fiori apps, and extensions that keep custom logic out of the core.
Functional delivery covers FICO, Treasury, Group Reporting, FICA and IS-U for utilities, MM, SD, BW reporting, EWM for warehousing and logistics, and EAM for asset-intensive operations. We implement GROW with SAP for midmarket Cloud ERP adoption, and configure SAP Joule and SAP Signavio for process intelligence and AI readiness.
Delivery runs on SAP Activate in SAP Cloud ALM, across five stages: assess, design, build and convert, test and cutover, hypercare and support. Every engagement opens with SAP Readiness Check and custom code analysis before dates are committed, includes at least one full mock cutover before go live, and closes with two weeks of hypercare minimum and warranty coverage of up to six months.
