Basking helps corporate real estate, workplace, and finance teams see both sides of their portfolio: what they are contractually committed to, and how their space is actually used.

Basking LeaseOps for SAP RE-FX. Starting from the standard SAP RE-FX Portfolio Overview report, we map all 125 RE-FX fields into a unified lease model, normalize 10+ currencies, resolve perpetual-term dates, and auto-generate 206+ lease events. Customers get three outputs: a clean lease register with live status recomputation, a critical-date schedule covering renewals, notices, and terminations, and a five-year month-by-month commitment forecast ready for budgeting and IFRS 16 work.

Clean core by design. We read RE-FX through standard, SAP-endorsed paths - no custom development or ABAP add-ons in the customer's SAP system, and no manual re-keying.

Occupancy analytics. Basking measures real occupancy and space utilization from existing infrastructure, producing daily, weekly, and peak occupancy by location, building, and floor. Combined with lease data, this quantifies cost per used square meter and builds the evidence base for right-sizing, consolidation, sublease, and renewal decisions ahead of critical dates.
