We build AI architectures and agents that make SAP accessible on the shopfloor. Operators can interact with SAP via voice or chat, querying production status, triggering workflows, escalating issues without leaving the machine. We also automate repetitive SAP processes and connect enterprise AI with production data.
Manufacturing & IT/OT Integration:
We connect SAP with MES systems, machines and shopfloor infrastructure using OPC UA, MQTT and HSMS. Real-time production visibility, accurate OEE, reliable data flows between OT and SAP. No separate IoT platform needed.
SAP Modernization & Industrial Solutions:
We build customer-specific solutions and maintain our own SAP-native products:
- Shopfloor Connect captures machine data directly in SAP, giving production teams real-time KPIs, alarm monitoring and production insights without middleware.
- Label2SAP migrates legacy label layouts to SAP Adobe Document Services automatically — layout conversion, data bindings and form logic included.
