Sales Success—Small Enterprise
This award recognizes the partner that exceeded in understanding and fulfilling customer needs with SAP solutions. By sharing the unique value proposition of SAP solutions and the concrete business outcomes to be attained, the partner helped solve customer problems and empowered customers to tackle the challenges and opportunities of tomorrow. Key criteria include net-new names, ACV growth, and ability to build a customer-for-life relationship.
Sales Success—Midmarket
This award recognizes the partner that exceeded in understanding and fulfilling customer needs with SAP solutions. By sharing the unique value proposition of SAP solutions and the concrete business outcomes to be attained, the partner helped solve customer problems and empowered customers to tackle the challenges and opportunities of tomorrow. Key criteria include net-new names, ACV growth, and midmarket LoB customers.
Sales Success—Large Enterprise
This award recognizes the partner that exceeded in understanding and fulfilling customer business needs while implementing cloud solutions from SAP. By sharing the unique value proposition of cloud solutions from SAP and the expected business benefits to be attained, this partner helped customers address their business challenges, empowering them to realize the innovation and growth strategies of tomorrow. Key criteria include ACV growth, joint growth and selling, positioning of RISE with SAP Methodology including clean core, SAP’s tool chain, and AI innovation.
Sales Success—Partner-Led Territories
This award recognizes the partner that has actively invested and created value in the Partner-Led Territories segment focusing on successfully driving customer lifetime value across the entire customer value journey. Key criteria include GROW with SAP, net-new names, ACV growth, and renewal rates.
Delivery Quality
This award recognizes the partner that exceeded in successfully delivering projects with cloud solutions from SAP, enabling the customer to quickly draw value from their investment in SAP software and the partner. Key criteria include cloud customer go-live, delivery quality, and deployed ACV.
Customer Success Management
This award recognizes the partner that has exceeded in consistently delivering value to the customer throughout the entire customer lifecycle, helping ensure that the customer continues to draw value from SAP solutions and has a positive experience with the product, SAP, and the partner company. Key criteria include indirect customer success management and investment in the customer success management practice.
Rising Star
This award recognizes a new partner in the SAP ecosystem that has generated significant customer value by identifying and fulfilling customer needs with SAP solutions. Key criteria include cloud bookings and net-new names.
Partner Learning and Skills Growth
This award recognizes the partner that excels in building robust teams of skilled and certified SAP practitioners through solution enablement programs and coaching services relevant to the SAP innovation portfolio and cloud strategy. Key criteria include adoption of the Get and Stay Certified program and growth in records of achievement obtained.
Sustainability
Forward-looking business transformations require an ERP-centric approach to sustainability. Projects on RISE with SAP and GROW with SAP establish a clean core with a data foundation for sustainability and build resilient business processes that meet evolving regulatory requirements. SAP Sustainability solutions unlock the value of customers’ ERP data using AI and scale with partners. This award recognizes partners that have made sustainability an integral component of their services for RISE with SAP and GROW with SAP. It points to partners leading go-lives of SAP Sustainability solutions including SAP Sustainability Footprint Management; SAP Sustainability Control Tower; SAP Environment, Health, and Safety Management; SAP S/4HANA for product compliance; and SAP Responsible Design and Production. The award also recognizes those partners preparing the market for SAP Green Ledger, SAP Green Token, and SAP Sustainability Data Exchange. Key criteria for this award include indirect revenue, impacted deals, joint customer reference stories, and successful go-lives.
RISE with SAP Methodology
This award honors partners who demonstrate expertise and experience in helping customers enhance agility and prepare for innovation by following SAP’s clean core principles during implementations of RISE with SAP. Specifically, it recognizes partners' dedication to consistently applying best practices from RISE with SAP Methodology. This involves developing and executing a clean core success plan, supporting clean core quality gates in SAP Cloud ALM (application lifecycle management), and leveraging additional integrated tool chain solutions, such as SAP Signavio and SAP LeanIX solutions. Key criteria also include the use of SAP Business Technology Platform in projects for RISE with SAP, total deployed annual contract value, successful customer go-lives for SAP S/4HANA Cloud Private Edition, and growth in certified professionals in innovation-focused areas.
GROW with SAP
This award recognizes partners for successfully winning new enterprise customers using the GROW with SAP offering as their cloud ERP foundation. The eligible partners for GROW with SAP will be evaluated based on their contributions to the entire customer value journey: discovery, selection, adoption, value realization, consumption, and SAP solution expansion.
RISE with SAP—Sales Success
This award recognizes partners for their outstanding contributions in transforming our joint customers' businesses across key functions such as finance, human capital management, procurement, and supply chain. Special emphasis is placed on partners who successfully build business cases and secure customer commitments to migrate on-premises landscapes to the cloud—across SaaS, PaaS, and IaaS—using the RISE with SAP offering. Key criteria include both direct and indirect ACV for RISE with SAP, differentiated partner offerings, internal adoption and attach rate for SAP Business Technology Platform, digital supply chain, and solutions for the office of the chief financial officer.
Partner Application—Industries
This award recognizes a partner-developed innovative industry solution based on the strategic importance for our joint customers in complementing SAP's industry portfolio and on the innovative use of SAP Business Technology Platform and SAP Business AI.
Partner Industry Innovation
This award recognizes the partner with the highest impact on delivering partner-owned industry solutions and innovations that complement SAP's industry portfolio. Key criteria include industry thought leadership, go-to-market success, customer references, published validated partner use cases, or other innovations on SAP Business Technology Platform (SAP BTP) and SAP Business AI. Innovations on SAP BTP must be instrumental to increase adoption and consumption of SAP solutions and to accelerate the transformation of SAP customers toward the cloud, for instance, by using the GROW with SAP or RISE with SAP offerings.
SAP BTP—Extensibility and Clean Core
This award recognizes the partner's commitment to customer success by adhering to our clean core strategy with SAP Business Technology Platform (SAP BTP) along the journey to RISE with SAP. Key criteria include demonstrated thought leadership, strategic alignment, clean core governance for SAP BTP, proven customer success, and partner-led consumption of SAP BTP.
SAP BTP—Data and AI Growth
This award recognizes the partner's success in driving accelerated growth of the strategic data and AI growth pillars for SAP Business Technology Platform (SAP BTP) along the customer value journey. Key criteria include strategic alignment, established solution practice with certified professionals for SAP BTP, data and analytics and core AI ACV, year-over-year growth, business warehouse modernization, customer adoption and consumption, and content portfolio for SAP BTP.
New Partner Application
This award recognizes an innovative partner that provides an economically relevant business solution for our customers. Key criteria include having a new software solution available on SAP Store for less than two years, ACV of the new application, and number of transactions on SAP Store.
Partner Solution Success
This award recognizes a partner solution that successfully delivers ongoing customer value by extending SAP's portfolio of solutions, as evidenced in customer demand and sales of the solution. The success of the partner solution is a direct reflection of the unique business value delivered to SAP customers. Key criteria include ACV bookings growth and new customer success stories.
SAP Store
This award recognizes a successful partner that showcases one or more innovative solutions on SAP Store while successfully deploying and delivering value to customers throughout their lifecycle at scale. Key criteria include views, opportunities, and pipeline creation.
SAP Business AI—Partner Innovation—AI Cloud Application
This award recognizes leaders in SAP’s partner ecosystem based on innovative partner-developed AI cloud applications complementing cloud solutions from SAP in the AI space built on the AI Foundation on SAP Business Technology Platform. Key criteria include usage of AI services in the AI Foundation, AI services in the application, customer relevance and adoption, revenue from SAP Store, and customer references.
SAP Business AI—Partner Innovation—Customer AI Use Case
This award recognizes leaders in SAP’s partner ecosystem based on innovative partner-developed AI customer use cases complementing cloud solutions from SAP in the AI space built on the AI Foundation on SAP Business Technology Platform (SAP BTP). Key criteria include usage of SAP BTP and AI services in the application, customer relevance and adoption, and customer references.
SAP Business AI—Customer Adoption
This award recognizes leaders in SAP’s partner ecosystem based on the activation and consumption of embedded AI features (such as the Joule copilot) in cloud solutions from SAP in their customer base. Key criteria include the number of activated customers, breadth of SAP Business AI solutions adoption, fostering of cloud transformations on RISE with SAP and GROW with SAP, go-to-market success, and customer references.
Business Transformation Management
This award recognizes partners that demonstrate the greatest contribution to advancing market development, solution innovation, and customer success with SAP Signavio solutions. Key criteria include active market development for SAP Signavio Process Transformation Suite, SAP LeanIX solutions, and WalkMe solutions; contribution to solution development; and commitment to customer showcase.
Cross-Portfolio Success
This award is anticipating a partner’s business suite readiness and recognizes a partner's ability to cover integrated business processes—such as recruit to retire, source to pay, lead to cash, or design to operate—spanning SAP S/4HANA Cloud and public cloud solutions from other solution areas and leveraging SAP Business Technology Platform (SAP BTP). The partner should have a proven record of selling and delivering across multiple solution areas to customers. Key criteria include sales success, completed projects across multiple solution areas with suite qualities enabled by SAP BTP, and attainment of Intelligent Enterprise Competency for multiple end-to-end business processes.
