Manage your master data centrally
An administrator can create and update the master data within the FITS/CV-Manager. As a result every employee has to use this standardised data to create his own curriculum vitae.
Create your own curriculum vitae (CV)
Creation of a curriculum vitae in .pdf format consisting of standardised master data with different statuses and versions like draft, archived. The employee can use his master data to create different CVs for different projects.
Approve the CV of your employees
The direct superior is able to check the CVs of his employees. Depending on the quality of the CV, the superior can approve or reject the CV with an explanation.

Define the master data for CVs centrally
Central master data management for all users with specific role 'Administrator'. The Administrator is able to define all the relevant data e.g. for projects, clients, skills and much more. Only the defined master data can be used by the employees to create their CV.
Create your own profile information
Maintain the profile with all the relevant data of an employee like skill levels, trainings with the consistent master data. Employees are not able to use own descriptions for projects or trainings or any other information.
Create CV variations for different projects
Every employee is able to create a general or project-specific curriculum vitae based on his profile information. In case of a project-specific CV the profile information can be edited or reduced. Furthermore it is possible to create an one pager.
