There are a total of 22 awards across three categories – winners are selected based on strict performance criteria, except for the ‘Social Impact’ award, which partners nominated themselves for jury consideration. Browse the 2023 categories and awards below.

Sales Success | Midmarket
This award recognises the partner that exceeded in understanding and fulfilling customer needs with SAP solutions. By sharing the unique value proposition of SAP solutions and the concrete business outcomes to be attained, the partner helped solve customer problems and empowered customers to tackle the challenges and opportunities of tomorrow. Key criteria include net new names, ACV growth, midmarket line-of-business (LoB) customers, and more.
Sales Success | Large Enterprise
This award recognises the partner that exceeded in understanding and fulfilling customer needs with SAP solutions. Intelligent Enterprise Value Realisation
This award recognises a partner's ability to cover integrated end-to-end business processes such as recruit to retire, source to pay, lead to cash, or design to operate, spanning SAP S/4HANA and other solution areas and leveraging SAP Business Technology Platform (SAP BTP) to help ensure suite qualities. The partner should have a proven record of selling and delivering across multiple solution areas to their customers. Key criteria include successful projects across multiple solution areas, competencies across ERP and SAP BTP solution areas, and more.
Delivery Quality
This award recognises the partner that exceeded in successfully delivering projects with cloud solutions from SAP, enabling the customer to quickly draw value from their investment in SAP software and the partner. Key criteria include cloud customer go-lives, delivery quality, and growth of certified consultants.
Customer Success Management
This award recognises the partner that has exceeded in consistently delivering value to the customer throughout the entire customer lifecycle, helping to ensure that the customer continues to draw value from SAP solutions and has a positive experience with the product, SAP, and the partner company. Key criteria include indirect customer success management and investment in the customer success management practice.
Partner-Led Demand Management
This award recognises a partner's commitment to excellence in demand generation, marketing, and demand execution activities. It focuses on the effectiveness of these activities in creating qualified leads, increasing the pipeline through various sources, and ultimately serving the unique business needs of customers and creating an outstanding customer experience.
Rising Star
This award recognises a new partner in the SAP ecosystem that has generated significant customer value by identifying and fulfilling customer needs with SAP solutions. Key criteria include cloud bookings, net new names, and more.
Cloud Business Transformation | Delivery Quality
With this award, SAP recognises partners for successfully transforming our installed base and new customers into intelligent enterprises by leveraging the RISE with SAP offering. We are particularly rewarding partners for the successful delivery of live SAP S/4HANA Cloud systems for customers of all sizes. Partners are evaluated based on factors such as achieving high quality and timely project delivery, driving consumption of all RISE with SAP components including SAP Business Technology Platform and SAP Business Network, documenting customer success stories, and ensuring sustainable customer success along the full lifecycle including high customer satisfaction and renewal rates. Key criteria include the ACV for RISE with SAP deployments, customer go-lives for RISE with SAP, customer reference stories for RISE with SAP, and more.
Cloud Business Transformation with SAP S/4HANA Cloud, Public Edition
With this award, SAP recognises partners for successfully transforming customers into intelligent enterprises in the public cloud by leveraging RISE with SAP S/4HANA Cloud, public edition. This prepares customers to act with agility, flexibility, and speed to address continuously changing business requirements. We are particularly rewarding the partners' commitment to the adoption of the RISE with SAP offering and SAP Business Technology Platform with a high solution consumption by the end customer. We are also expecting the partners to help ensure sustainable customer success along the full lifecycle and demonstrate high customer satisfaction and renewal rates. Key criteria include RISE with SAP indirect ACV, RISE with SAP customer go-lives, RISE with SAP net new names and installed base, and more.
Cloud Business Transformation | Sales Success
This award recognises partners for their exceptional contribution in convincing our customers to transform their businesses using the RISE with SAP solution and SAP S/4HANA Cloud. Partners are evaluated based on their ability to engage customers in business value discussions and to create compelling business cases for their cloud transformation. This includes customers of all sizes served either through SAP’s direct or indirect channels. Special consideration is given to how effectively the partner ensures a high attach rate of SAP Business Technology Platform (SAP BTP), SAP Signavio solutions, SAP Business Network, and other SAP solutions to SAP S/4HANA Cloud deals in the customer's intelligent enterprise journey. Key criteria include RISE with SAP direct and indirect ACV, SAP BTP attach rate, and more.

This award recognises a partner’s excellence in employing SAP Business Technology Platform (SAP BTP) along the entire lifecycle, including sales and delivery excellence and innovation, and proven customer consumption of SAP BTP. Key criteria include SAP BTP-influenced and consumed ACV, SAP BTP content portfolio, certified SAP BTP professionals, and more.
New Partner Application
This award recognises a partner for their innovative breakthrough solution that solves a concrete and important customer need and extends the Intelligent Enterprise value proposition. Key criteria include having a new application available in SAP Store, ACV of the new application, number of transactions in SAP Store, and more.
Partner Solution Success
This award recognises a partner that has built and delivered a solution to SAP customers that addresses an important customer need and extends SAP's value proposition, as evidenced in customer demand and sales of the solution. The success of the partner solution is a direct reflection of the unique value delivered to SAP customers. Key criteria include ACV bookings growth, new customer success stories, and more.
SAP Store
This award recognises the partner that has shown significant success in developing and showcasing an innovative solution through SAP Store, while successfully deploying and delivering it to customers at scale with demonstrated customer impact. Key criteria include views, opportunities, pipeline creation, and more.
Business Process Transformation
This award recognises partners that demonstrate the greatest contribution to advancing market development, solution innovation, and customer success with SAP Signavio solutions. Key criteria include active market development for our business process transformation solutions, contribution to solution development, commitment to customer showcase, and more.
Business Network
This award recognises an SAP partner that has demonstrated a commitment to integrate and provide value-adding services with SAP Business Network, delivering enhanced transparency, agility, and collaboration along end-to-end business processes. Through sales and delivery performance to marketing and co-innovation, this partner has excelled in creating enriched value in the ecosystem, yielding greater visibility and insights into our customers’ unified business network. Sustainability intelligence is key in any core business process that our partners transform. This award recognises partners that have made sustainability an integral component of their business impact services and are front-runners to act on SAP's portfolio to reduce emissions, waste, and inequality and to accelerate circularity.
