Services and Support

SAP’s expanded services and support offerings provide a more flexible, end-to-end experience for organizations moving to the cloud. This includes newly launched tiered service plans for SAP Business Suite, new AI-assisted services, and enhancements for customers of SAP Cloud ERP Private solutions.

SAP Modernizes Services and Support for Customer Cloud Adoption

To help customers more easily adopt SAP Business Suite, SAP will introduce a modern, tiered services and support engagement model to guide customers as they transition to the cloud and adopt the latest SAP innovations.

This newly simplified engagement model will offer three success plan options:

  • The foundational plan: Expands the support that comes with every cloud license subscription to include enhanced onboarding. Customers of SAP Cloud ERP Private solutions will also have access to transformation preparation services.

  • The advanced plan: Includes the foundational plan plus a higher degree of ongoing service, advice, guidance, and solution activation to help customers reach successful transformation to the public cloud with a clean core.

  • The max plan: Includes all offerings in the foundational and advanced plans and a tailored approach to guide complex, enterprise-wide transformation.

Additionally, customers will be able to extend their planned experience by adding streamlined professional services and application management to help adopt and operate their solutions. The new engagement framework is planned to be generally available in January 2026.

Existing contractual engagements between SAP Services and Support and customers remain unaffected.
