ARISE Integrated Industrial Platforms Limited (ARISE IIP) works in partnership with African governments to provide world-class ecosystems across Africa, contributing to the continent’s industrialization agenda and enhancing manufacturing competitiveness. One of the company’s major economic projects is in the Glo-Djigbé Industrial Zone (GDIZ) in Benin, Africa, where Benin Textile SA (Btex) is one of ARISE IIP’s major cotton production sites. SAP Cloud ERP applications, the SAP Sustainability Control Tower solution, and the SAP Environment, Health, and Safety Management application helped the company decarbonize the textile sector in Benin in a way that’s measurable, reportable, and scalable.

This has helped digitally track, target, and reduce emissions, recycle 90% of water, and enable traceability from the farm to the fashion level.
