The Premium Hub - CoE is a division of SAP’s Customer Success Delivery unit. The Premium Hub - CoE provides meticulous, strategic services to SAP’s largest customers operating on the most complex SAP landscapes. We interact with individuals at every level of the customer’s organization in order to meet the customer’s needs. The role of a Premium Hub - CoE team member is demanding and requires passionate individuals with the strongest technical expertise and excellent analytical and communication skills. Together, we plan, architect, analyze, optimize, and safeguard our customers’ SAP solutions.   

Key responsibilities:

  • Our guiding principle, 'Customer comes always first,' underpins everything that we do on a daily basis, ensuring that we operate to the highest possible engineering standards.
  • We provide the necessary methodology and content to drive the innovation agenda with continual redefining of requirements and industry business models. 
  • Besides delivering innovations we engage pro-actively with our Premium Engagement and Enterprise Support customers using a holistic approach to analyze, understand and define action plans for customer's situation. We support our customers in increasing the value they get out of their SAP Solution with reduced Total Cost of Ownership (TCO).
  • We resolve production down situations and escalations. By doing so we ensure customer satisfaction and success, secure maintenance revenue and protect the SAP brand. To deliver all that in an efficient way industrialization is a must. We build supportability features, standardize and automate delivery of content and invent new delivery models.

The Premium Hub - CoE Early Talent Program offers a fast paced and challenging learning environment and is an ideal starting opportunity for a career in the Premium Hub - CoE.

You will develop the fundamental skills to become a successful engineer, including stakeholder and customer management. You will gain a deep understanding of the cloud business model, as well as the SAP business processes across functional borders.

What does it take to be successful in the Premium Hub - CoE Early Talent Program?

  • STEM education with a minimum of a bachelor’s degree​
  • Hands on programming experience (eg. JAVA, Python)​
  • Ability to learn quickly, strong analytical skills, creative and open minded​
  • Ability to communicate and convince others based on technical facts​
  • New STEM graduates ideally with internship experience, SAP Experience (1-3 years for early talent) will be considered​
