Manage standardized labor times within a data center for work measurement
Our solution enables you to manage transparent, objective and reproducible standard times based on MTM-UAS® analysis for all manufacturing processes within your company. This is achieved by organizing them into hierarchical data levels, making them reusable and manageable throughout the lifecycle of the processes.
Implement fast and company-wide processes and product changes
Changes in products, process or organization of work can be rolled out fast and company-wide and still providing transparency on the underlying processes structure. In addition, the potential of workplace design in terms of time and added value can be identified.
Integrate and exchange data with other systems
The solution offers a certified integration into the on-premise or cloud SAP Production Planning and Control module with the option of transferring standard times to routing's operations. There are also further integration options for the customer, SAP or third-party services and thus the possibility to support additional product lifecycle management systems outside of SAP, too.

Analyze and calculate your processes during planing phase with the help of the MTM-UAS®, MTM-MEK®, MTM-SD®, MTM-LOG® or MTM-VI system. Build up your own data structures, create company specific standard calculations and data cards.
Categorize processes by added value and display graphical evaluations
Within an analysis, the structure lines can be categorized according to value added. The value added page shows a graphical evaluation of the individual percentages. This evaluation refers to the assignments either in the element itself or in its lower-level structures.
Integrate MTM standard times in the SAP Production Planning and Control module
Our solution enables you to transfer standard times from the analysis created to an operation in a routing in an on-premise or cloud SAP S/4HANA system.
