Such Events can be File Events, Events from SAP S/4HANA function modules, Message Queue Events like AWS SQS or Kafka, Email, and Web Events from a subscribed Webhook. E.g., when an Event in an AWS SQS is detected we can start an SAP S/4HANA background job.
