Organize Imported Excel Template

Offline, production planner input the information of production Proposal Excel template. With the Excel standard function development tool menu, and then export and generate XML file.

Upload the XML file

Production planner enter SAP Business ByDesign standard work center. Application and User Management view file input, upload the XML file which he or she has created offline into the SAP Business ByDesign system. Then schedule the developed job immediately via the active run.

Review the data from Excel Template

After the job has been finished, production planner can check the log in SAP Business ByDesign system. If there is no error, production planner enter the customized work center Production Proposal Upload view Production Proposal ,and review the data from excel template.

Create Production Proposal

If there is an error, production planner can delete the record which has been upload to the system. If there is no error, production planner can click the "Create" button and system will create the standard production proposal automatically.

Query Production Proposal

After the production planner the "Create" button identify process will be selected, the production planner can enter the standard work center Supply Control view. Process Production Proposals review the generated standard production proposals via the development.
