Once the system is set up users benefit from an automatic VAT validation an get feedback form the webservices directly, if they added a VAT number to a customer or prospect.

Automatic VAT validation (error)

Users receive direct feedback. In case of an error, the administrator can set whether the data set may be saved or whether a warning notice should appear for the user.

Allways the best Webservice

The validation is done with the XML-RPC of the "Bundeszentralamts für Steuern" if possible. In all other cases, validation is carried out using the VIES of the European Community.
