Robust BPM Solution with a Steep Learning Curve
What do you like best about the product?
I like that SAP Signavio has an array of functionalities that are out of the box. It supports BPMN 2.0, so you can get mapping right away with minimal setup. The Process Manager module helps walk through and set up the tool to our liking. I really like the Dictionary aspect of SAP Signavio because it allows us to have a well-defined set of attributes that are repeatable and reusable. I like that it has different views that can be customized for viewers, editors, owners, etc. The Collaboration Hub is a great space dedicated to collaboration, separating them from the actual working space. It reduces reworks, delays, and wait times for approvals and feedback loops, and it's a great place to build the organization's complexity when it comes to various business entities, stakeholder groups, roles, etc.

I really appreciate SAP Signavio for its process visualization and collaboration features. This user-friendly aspect facilitates comprehension across various departments. Additionally, the collaboration tools are impressive, offering real-time comments and version tracking. This functionality streamlines the process design and improvement stages, making it much more efficient. The straightforward setup process, along with its well-documented integration capabilities with SAP S/4HANA, ensured a smooth rollout for us. I also value its strong integration with SAP systems, which allows seamless connections between process mining, modeling, and collaboration, enhancing our overall efficiency and transparency across the organization. These aspects contribute significantly to why I would rate SAP Signavio a 9 out of 10 for recommending to colleagues or friends as it effectively supports process improvement initiatives.
