Travel tips and information
For U.S. travelers:
Starting May 7, 2025, the U.S. Department of Homeland Security will require U.S. travelers to have either a valid passport or REAL ID to board domestic flights.
For non-U.S. travelers:
Passport: Make sure your passport is valid for the duration of your trip and has at least six months of validity remaining after your intended return date.
Travel visa: Ensure you have the necessary visa or meet the requirements for the Visa Waiver Program if applicable.

Hotel booking
The SAP Connect housing deadline has now passed. If you are planning on attending the conference and have not secured a hotel reservation, you can still search for hotel availability and book accommodation via our trusted partner aRes Travel. Please contact your hotel directly to modify or cancel an existing reservation.
Transportation between Fontainebleau and Resorts World
Shuttles will run all day between Fontainebleau and Resorts World. It is also just a 10-minute walk between venues.
Parking
Parking at the Fontainebleau and Resorts World is first-come, first-served, included disabled parking. More details on special parking rates to come.

International attendee
To get an invitation letter as part of your visa application, you can request one during the registration process. Once you have registered and paid, the invitation letter will be sent to you via email in PDF format. If you’re already registered, you can re-access your registration, complete the visa information section, and request your letter.
