A series of three independent roundtable events, where a small group of business leaders will get the chance to discuss in a group setting customer data, experience and engagement strategies.
The roundtables will be hosted by SAPs Head of Marketing and Solutions, Chris O’Hara.
Chris O’Hara leads the customer data solutions practice at SAP Customer Experience. An expert on all things data-driven customer experience, he is the author of Data Driven: Harnessing Data and AI to Reinvent Customer Engagement (McGraw Hill) and Customer Data Platforms: Use People Data to Transform the Future of Marketing Engagement (Wiley). Prior to SAP, Chris spent five years leading Salesforce’s Data & Identity practice, which he joined after leading global data strategy for data management platform Krux, which was acquired in 2016.
