SAP Labs Latin America is SAP’s organization dedicated to research, development of applications and support services for Americas. Founded in 2006 in Brazil, it is based in São Leopoldo, and is the first and only SAP Labs in Latin America, one of the 20 worldwide.

How we innovate

SAP Innoweeks

Our long-lasting co-innovation experience with SAP customers, field teams and the ecosystem. Every year SAP Labs Latin America organizes an innovation hackathon for 6 weeks, where we engage more than 100 SAP experts to tackle our customers’ challenges by creating intelligent enterprise solutions.

Acceleration

The SAP Innovation Unleashed is our startup program where our specialists offer mentoring to help entrepreneurs to consolidate their business and become SAP partners.  

Partnerships

Our partnerships with governments, startups, NGOs intend to bring innovation to improve flexibility, speed and the overall experience of their deliverables to the community. 

Social Innovation

SAP Innomarathon is a competition that assists social innovation startups in Latin America that are developing solutions to support United Nations Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) and solve the world biggest challenges.

Our SAP experts co-innovate with Partners by accelerating projects and identifying real business opportunities within the ecosystem in Latin America.

SAP Experience Center São Leopoldo

A place that contributes to continuous innovation, the Experience Center São Leopoldo offers visual and interactive exhibits for visitors to meet, get inspired and engaged either remotely or in person at SAP Labs.

Academia

Our experts have developed different courses focused on bringing SAP technology to graduation and providing knowledge about Digital Transformation and the value of Intelligent Enterprise. We also offer the opportunity to engage the academy in research projects with SAP.

End-to-end platform for Data Science and Data Warehousing through multiple connectivity, data preparation, pipelining and metadata governance.

Our digital skills programs generate inclusive opportunities and better education for low income students, communities, and schools.

Connecting People with Purpose

Aligned with United Nation Sustainability Goals, we run the most traditional volunteering actions, impacting our local community. Projects with local schools, where we help donating school supplies or refurbished computers. We also run projects with immigrants and refugees, food and blood donation, cleaning and renovating public spaces, and more.
