Built-in extensibility framework
Enables complex queries on top of SolMan’s CRM Engine. It already provides predefined search criteria (Transport Request, SolDoc Element, Approval Partner..) but can also be extended to query and report on any data in SAP Solution Manager that is related to ChaRM or ITSM.
Enhance change-tracking with an E2E view
No other standard feature nor reporting application related to SAP Solution Manager can easily display the source of a Change. Our Solution allows to display up to 3-levels in the Result list (e.g. Incident > RfC > Change Document).

Use predefined and configurable modes
Our solution allows displaying the ticket flow (predecessor and successor) for ITSM and ChaRM scenarios of SAP Solution Manager with up to 3 levels (e.g. Incident > RfC > Chge Doc.) including all attributes (standard and custom).
Search on complex criteria easily and faster
This capability is based on its dynamic architecture based on posteriori and priori search. Filter criteria and Result view contains all fields from CRM including custom fields and can be enriched with Customer Specific filters or Customer Specific columns based on Function Modules.
Query Change Documents and Transport Request integration
Query the Change Documents by Transport Request or Task and display the TRs associated with a Change Document. In addition, the Results list allows to display the Transport Status info to allow users know where the Chge Doc. has been deployed as well as the Production Timestamp, Retrofit info...
