Every new Trial planned in SyMetric Trial Analytics tool has a two-step approval process, bringing in more accountability and a documented decision making. Analytical fact sheets can be printed to substantiate the decisions.

Planning process made easy. While planning a new Trial, based on the Therapeutic Area, Phase of the Study, planners are taken through a simple step-by-step process, where the decisions are taken based on stakeholder’s past performance in any given country.
Build Planning Data Repository
Organizations can upload the past data using a simple API interface or simply upload the data using .csv file. They can get the data from their CROs or their country operations teams, in a standard spreadsheet format and upload it into the Trial Analytics Tool.

Customer can plan a study in a sequential manner while referring to the stakeholder analytics at every stage. There is a Tab for viewing analytics pertaining to CROs, Investigation Sites and Investigators. Planners can go to each tab view the analytics and decide to choose them for the new Trial.
Analytical Dashboard for the Planning Entity
Detailed analytical dashboard for every planning entity providing a 360 degrees view on their performance. Dash boards available for CROs, Investigation Sites, Investigators. Helps planners take informed decision while considering these entities for a new trial.
View comprehensive Fact Sheet for the New Plan
Once the planning is completed with the selection of all the stakeholders, the system can display the newly planned study in a simple fact sheet format. This helps in reconfirming the plan by the planners before sending it for approval or the approver.
Role Based Access
SyMetric Trial Analytics comes with four clearly defined roles. Admin Role for creating the user administration. Configurator Role for uploading historical data and adding new planning entities. Planner Role for creating new plans, and an Approver Role.
