Overview
Compliance with COVID-19 regulations
It contains a series of applications and services for the management of COVID-19 pandemic according to national guidelines, based on a Monitoring System and Contact Tracing that use small Bluetooth transmitter (Beacon) distributed to users and installed in the environments.
Prevent infection from entering the work place
Trace in real time the contacts between people who share the same space, identifying those considered risky and activating emergency procedures to protect the subjects. Constantly manage and monitor the use of offices and spaces within them.
Dashboard and reporting
Management simultaneously receives a report that allows it to monitor workforce health in real time and make any necessary scheduling changes to accommodate sick workers.

Reception / Access to the office
It is the tool that allows the Customer to record access to the offices of employees and visitors / suppliers after checking their status (allowed / not allowed) and the temperature. It helps to avoid the presence of individuals at risk and to favor the prevention of dangerous contacts.
Contact Tracing
It is based on a centralized approach, which allows, ex post, the COVID Manager to reconstruct the contacts between employees in the event that one of them is positive or in a COVID risk situation (quarantine) and, therefore, intervening, to limit the spread of COVID within the company.
Crowd Monitoring & Alerting
It allows real-time monitoring of overcrowding workplaces and to send notifications to the interested parties / COVID Manager using anonymous tracking via Bluetooth totem and co-presence information in the spaces to reconstruct the chain of contacts of users who have positive results.
