Design review service for SAP S/4HANA Finance

The Service provides an impartial analysis of all aspects of the design across all relevant design perspectives and will be conducted as follows:
- Initial phase: Gathering project information and documentation, defining resources, and preparing a draft service schedule.
- Planning phase: Refine and finalize service schedule, confirm receipt of all project information and documentation, and perform system checks as applicable.
- Execution phase: Includes remote kick-off meeting and workshop(s), review of documentation and meetings to create service report including findings and recommendations.
- Close phase: Delivery of final service report outlining key findings and recommendations, including remote presentation of service report and PDF of finalized service report.

Prerequisites:
- Customer has the following general responsibilities:
- Customer shall complete the Explore (Business Blueprint) phase in advance, providing sufficient time for SAP to commence and complete the service in accordance with this agreement.
- Ensure that Customer team members are knowledgeable about the subjects that are the focus of the design review service and define their schedule. Ensure that key users are available for all interviews and activities as needed.
- Ensure attendance of project steering committee and project management office representatives at the service report presentations.
- Minimize the change in personnel throughout the duration of the service.
- Customer has the following general responsibilities:
- USD per One Time Fee
- Contract duration available upon request
