Q_PERIOR selected SAP SuccessFactors Human Experience Management Suite (SAP SuccessFactors HXM Suite) as the foundation for its digital HR transformation.

Q_PERIOR also chose to move its existing deployment of the SAP ERP application to SAP S/4HANA Cloud, offering fully integrated business operations. The company uses the extended edition of SAP S/4HANA Cloud to support the system integration and routing of information and processes from finance to sales to materials management more effectively and efficiently.
With standardized processes and data availability for HR and finance in place, Q_PERIOR is better prepared for future growth.
Additionally, Q_PERIOR has since integrated the SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central solution with the company’s document management system, contract tools, and third-party recruitment system, establishing a single source of truth for everything related to HR.
The company also implemented the SAP SuccessFactors Compensation, SAP SuccessFactors Onboarding, SAP SuccessFactors Performance & Goals, and SAP SuccessFactors Succession & Development solutions, as well as the SAP SuccessFactors Mobile app for on-the-go access to HR services.
