Welcome to the SAP Tower in Levallois-Perret. Here, decision makers, start-ups, and developers discuss end-to-end innovation scenarios with our teams. In Levallois-Perret, you’ll find our Sales teams (Sales & Presales), the Services & Support teams, as well as HR, Finance, Legal, Marketing, and Communications. Our Research & Development functions (SAP Labs Paris) are divided between our offices in Levallois-Perret and downtown Paris. These teams of passionate innovation experts work mainly in the fields of Advanced Analytics – Predictive Analytics, Machine Learning, Conversational AI (acquisition of Recast AI), and Intelligent Robotic Process Automation (acquisition of Contextor). We also have divisions dedicated to the development of SAP's Cloud platform and our SuccessFactors product suite.

Rue Moncey, center of Paris

The SAP office at Rue Moncey in the center of Paris is home to SAP.iO. SAP.iO is helping innovators inside and outside of SAP build products, find customers, and change industries. The SAP.iO Fund and Foundry is SAP’s program for investing in and accelerating external startup innovation. In Paris, the second Foundry location in Europe, the aim is to provide startups who are delivering the future of the intelligent enterprise with mentorship, technology and access to the vibrant SAP ecosystem.

SAP Academy

SAP’s career accelerator for young graduates  

SAP France is part of the global SAP Academy program which was created in 2014 and is designed for young graduates from business or engineering schools that are keen to innovate. Through the program SAP in France has already recruited 48 employees with nearly half of them being females into various sales professions, with the long-term objective of developing and accompanying them into future executive roles.

SAP Exclusive Networking Event for female professionals  

SAP’s transformation to become an Intelligent enterprise requires a new approach to engage key talent with SAP in a networking based, community-building approach. SAP France in partnership with the European Space Agency, welcomed 45 women from different industries and backgrounds (Sales, Consulting, Operations, Cloud specialists, …). Events like that help us to grow our Female Talent Pipeline and ensure workplace diversity at SAP France.


The SAP France Leadership team has signed two charters to promote women in the workplace through the StOpE initiative and the association #JamaisSansElles in May 2019.

SAP has made a commitment to gender equality. We aim to effectively reduce bias and acts of sexism that hinder the integration and advancement of women in the workplace.

Apprenticeships and internships

Early Talent opportunities

In 2018, we hired more than 90 interns as well as 65 apprentices at SAP France. Parts of the interns at SAP France were hires for our dedicated SAP Internship Experience program but we do also offer regular internships in all kinds of business areas. For all interns, apprentices and young professionals we established the Early Talent Community that organizes interesting events and fun activities like after work or coffee corner sessions.

Learning and development

Since 2016, SAP France offers specified Learning paths for interested employees as part of our Career Driver program at two of the best schools of the country. The aim of this program is to support our employees in developing key future skills and competences in order to maintain their employability and to ensure they are best prepared for the digital transformation.

  • Already 170 employees registered for Career Driver classes
  • Two business schools are part of the program (Ecole Polytechnique Executive Education & ESSEC Business School)
  • Offering 5 certified curricula focusing on developing digital skills: Operational Management, Data Sciences, Innovation Management, IoT, Project Management
  • Program is financed by French public funding (CPF)
