1 FUE = 1 SAP Service and Asset Manager professional user.
1 FUE = 2 SAP Service and Asset Manager standard user.
1 FUE = 10 SAP Service and Asset Manager basic user.
Users can use maintenance technician standard persona, field service technician standard persona, and inventory clerk persona. Includes usage rights to basic use.
Professional users can use maintenance technician and supervisor professional Suitable for professional, standard, and basic use. Basic users can use SAP Dynamic Forms BTP service. For more information on the feature set assigned to each persona, refer to the product documentation: Customer may allocate each FUE to any one of the use types and may change the allocation during the subscription term. An FUE cannot be divided between or among different use types.
