Accounting Framework to Guide the Delivery
There are few central attributes whose interplay needs to be understood to make educated decisions on how the implementation steps of a posting gateway should be defined. Our framework matrix helps organizing all options around this topic and minimizes the risk of missing out on something.
Pre-Documented Data Requirements
All data structures that need to be fed to and maintained by the posting gateway come pre-designed and pre-configured and are based on our long lasting delivery experience. All structures can certainly be adapted at any time to include customer specifics.
Pre-Documented Posting Templates
The rule sets to derive subledger De/Cr postings from out of financial information (e.g. master data or classifications) ship with our Packaged Solution and it only leaves to set up the GL account derivations that fit custom charts of accounts.
Ready-to-Use Workshop Material
SAP subledger applications introduce a well defined process step model. Our workshops explain the meaning and reasoning of each step and stimulate just the right discussions to agree on how things need to be implemented.
An Iterative Solution Delivery Approach
Our baseline implementation creates a usable Financial Subledger within the first few weeks of the project. Based on the findings of our workshops we add ever more custom specifics to fit all formulated requirements. We thereby always expect requirements to change and explicitely welcome this.
