O1-RH allows you to manage a training plan for your employees, scheduling of it and the following of document related of the trainings. You can also manager the register of each employee to a training session.

Employees master data
View master data information from SAP Business One database and add confidential information like personal phone number or address but also all the documents you should linked to each employee.
Employees documents
Store in O1-RH documents (in any kind of electronic format like PDF or image format) related to each employee and define date of expiration if needed. You will be advice in the notification dashboard if any document is arrived to expiration.
Training management
Manage training catalog, schedule training sessions to register employees to these sessions. At the end of training, attach document to employees which are the proof of their participation or the achievement they make
