Digital annotation of InDesign® documents
Write comments and notes for InDesign® documents via a web browser. With priint:comet Desktop Plug-ins, these annotations are displayed & edited in InDesign® and then shown in a web browser. Notes still to be executed are also displayed in the production control.
Task management
The priint:planner contains a task-oriented workflow system. Define tasks to be executed for each particular process step in a workflow model, with deadlines. Tasks can be assigned both personal & team-based. To-do tasks can be sent as email or retrieved in a user-oriented task list.
Production monitoring and control
The production monitoring and control summarizes all workflow aspects to monitoring cockpits. Monitor publications & documents based on status, open tasks with deadlines and yet to be executed annotations of InDesign® documents.

Organization of publications with the Flatplanner
The Flatplanner allows the creation and display of documents and pages. Planning can be done via connected content systems on document level. Planning of a publication thereby gets hierarchically structured. Documents of a publication can be compiled from content, generated server-based & updated.

Introduction of Dashboards
Dashboards have been introduced with priint:suite 2023/1. The dashboards allow users to check the status of their projects at a glance, track key metrics and react quickly to changes, and create reports on the aggregated data.
