Automatically extract and setup permit data from document.

This feature automatically extracts and sets up EHS permit from PDF Documents. EHS permits, depending on type, can be few pages to hundreds of pages. This feature not only scans and setups the header data of the permit commonly displayed on the front page but also identifies all the requirements and sets up the corresponding tasks like simple tasks, maintenance notification tasks and reporting tasks. The user can see in a side-by-side window, all the recommend tasks as they flip thru the pages in the PDF document. With ease the user can walk thru each page of the permit and see corresponding tasks created as recommended by AI. The risk of omitting something in the permit is greatly reduced as the user is working directly in/with the document. Also, from an auditing perspective it is very convenient to show that all parts of the permit are covered. The user errors of typing large data sets in the system is greatly reduced.
