Messe Berlin
The conference takes place at Messe Berlin, Messedamm 22, 14055 Berlin from October 27–29.
Badge pick-up locations
You can pick up your conference badge at the Messe Berlin exhibition center.
Tuesday, October 27: 7:00 a.m.–7:00 p.m.
Wednesday, October 28: 7:30 a.m.–6:00 p.m.
Thursday, October 29: 8:00 a.m.–2:00 p.m.

Getting to Berlin by train
Travel to Berlin and back by train at the SAP TechEd Berlin price. We've arranged a comfortable, relaxing journey from any Deutsche Bahn station in Germany at a special rate.
Getting to Messe Berlin by S-Bahn
The S-Bahn Station (city train) “Messe Süd” (Eichkamp) is in walking distance to the Messe Berlin South Entrance (250 m, approx. 4 minutes by foot). From "Messe Süd" station, it takes 8-10 minutes to get to the stations “Savignyplatz” or “Zoologischer Garten”. From here, all conference hotels are reachable in walking distance.
Parking
The best place to park at Messe Berlin is P17 and P18, located next to the South Entrance. Parking fee is €15,00 per day.
The best address for GPS use is Jaffestraße 2, 14055 Berlin.

International attendee
To get an invitation letter as part of your visa application, you can request one during the registration process. Once you have registered and paid, the invitation letter will be sent to you via email in PDF format. If you're already registered, you can re-access your registration, complete the visa information section, and request your letter.
