Experience 3 HR Teams

The 1 year program provides the opportunity for you to rotatate in 3 HR functions, including an international assignment. Rotations could take place in the following HR areas:
  • Total Rewards
  • Shared Service Center
  • Learning Organization
  • HR Business Partner
  • Diversity & Inclusion
  • Talent Delivery
  • Recruiting

International Rotation

As part of a diverse global team, you will develop comprehensive knowledge of HR and SAP, as well as stretch your cultural experience.

1. What is the HR Early Talent Program?
The HR Early Talent Program is a full-time trainee program for fresh graduates or those with a maximum of 2 years  professional work experience. Program participants rotate in 3 different HR functions. One of the 3 rotational experiences will be an international assignment .

2. What is the program’s objective?
The objective of the program is to develop comprehensive knowledge of HR and SAP. Program graduates will be well-rounded connected HR generalists with broad domestic and international experience.

3. How long is an international rotation?
The duration for the international rotation is 3 months.

4. When does the program start?
The HR Early Talent Program starts every April and lasts for a whole year. Therefore, the program will end the following year at the end of March.

5. What happens when the program is completed?
Depending on strategic demands for each line of business in our global HR organization, every HR Early Talent graduate can apply for local job openings.

6. How many HR Early Talents will be hired into the program?
Every year one HR Early Talent group is connecting 10-12 HR talents  from China, Germany, India, Manila and the US.
