Hazard Mitigation
The purpose of process hazard analysis is to take a broad look at what goes into a process, point out potential problems, help eliminate or reduce risk and find ways to improve performance or quality.
The final assessment can be audited
All data, including the assessment, is embedded as part of the SAP Master Data. Users can track the changes to the master data, drill down into the algorithms, and see who and when the last assessment was performed.
Risk Mitigation
By putting systems in place to manage process safety, it will help reduce the potential for preventing major disasters involving the consequences of catastrophic releases of toxic, reactive, flammable, or explosive chemicals

Recommendation generator
Based on the PHA risk profile, because you are using a native SAP App, it is easy to create recommendations in the form of Notifications to be processed into a work order.
Visualisation of how data is used within algorithms
Simple visualisation of how data is used within algorithms to assess data sensitivity and impact. Users can see how their input choices affect the risk and subsequent recommendations.
Customizable Risk Matrix
Users can use the default matrix, or create your own to align to corporate standards. AsInt ships with a default set of matrices, but most customers will have their own corporate standard to align too.
