For the team members time can be recorded as actual and billable with start and end time if required. Furthermore a work description can be added. The time sheet shows a complete week with the possibility to hide/show weekend days.
With the help of a wizard the user is able to record time for multiple employees for multiple days at once. This includes work description, billable duration and actual duration. The wizard allows for filtering on tasks and selecting employees and work days.
Employees that are not yet planned on the project can be added on the fly during the time recording process. The appropriate tasks and services are suggested.
