Full control of AI functionalities
You have full control and transparency about prompts, prompt-processing the used knowledge and consumed data by the Gen-AI provider. All settings and conversations are logged within the system. They are user specific and accessable within the backoffice.
Gen-AI provider agnostic approach
While posing as central "AI accesspoint" for your Commerce Cloud environment(s) the framework can be used with almost any Gen-AI provider. You can benefit from already existing provider agreements, knowledge stores or pre-trained models.

Create layered instructions
Prompts are the instructions for your AI-agents. You can provide prompts which may effect all your AI-agents, a specific subset, or single agents only. You can maintain general context - like your industry context - at one place, while defining fine grained tasks for single agents.
Use dynamic knowledge creation
Knowledge will be used by the agents to fulfill their tasks. This can be PDF documents containing manuals, or even more technical files. The AI-Sys framework provides a mechanism to generate such documents dynamically, so your AI-agents will always rely on up-to-date information.
Maximize your flexibility with tools
If a task, or a part of it, is very deterministic or requires reliable computation, you can provide a dynamic tool to your AI-agents. Such a tool will invoke functionality within SAP Commerce Cloud and can be defined, implemented and tested during runtime (full groovy support) before being shipped.
