Education
We open pathways for youth to thrive in today’s evolving job market by equipping them with industry-relevant
skills and fostering entrepreneurial mindsets. Through innovative education models, we help young people build
competencies needed for sustainable careers in digital and green economies. At the same time, we support
aspiring entrepreneurs with training, mentorship, and access to networks, enabling them to create jobs, drive
social impact, and contribute to resilient communities.
SAP Educate to Employ
The SAP Educate to Employ (E2E) initiative is a transformative ‘learn-to-earn’ program aimed at equipping
marginalized individuals with essential skills for success in the digital economy. Developed with input from
global partners like Accenture, EY, Deloitte, Capgemini, Coursera, and the SAP Learning Site, E2E offers tailored
micro-credential courses within the SAP ecosystem.
Launched in 2023 in partnership with UNICEF and Generation Unlimited, the program debuted in Kenya,
Nigeria, and South Africa, with Umuzi spearheading local implementation. In 2024, SAP expanded E2E to Brazil,
the Philippines, Germany, and India in collaboration with regional partners such as Edunet, with further plans to
reach 11 countries by year-end, including Australia, Japan, the UK, and the US.
To date, over 400 learners have enrolled, with 168 completing 550+ training hours and earning the SAP
Technology Consultant Professional Certificate. The program not only develops future-ready skills but also
facilitates job placements through SAP User Groups and provides pathways to SAP Certification.
