What should you do when you receive your Background Verification? Here’s an overview on how to navigate your way through the process.

1. Check your e-mail

Once your Background Verification is initiated, you will receive an e-mail that contains a link that will allow you to go through the process. 

2. Complete your profile

Click the link in the e-mail notification to complete your profile. You will be requested to provide certain information and documentation (if applicable):

  • Identification
  • Information or documentation on your educational attainment
  • Details or files pertaining to your employment history
  • Other data to supplement what is stated in your background check
