This solution accesses business data sources such as SAP S/4HANA, SAP Business AI, and Joule to monitor key thresholds and events (such as low stock, budget overruns, production delays, non-conformities). When a critical event is detected, it automatically sends notifications or alerts to the screens of workstations or mobile devices of the concerned employees, reducing response time by eliminating manual checks and emails.
Reach all concerned employees with unmissable emergency & security alerts
During crisis (cyberattacks, fires, IT outages, intrusions) the solution overrides all other applications to display alerts full-screen on the devices of the concerned employees. Alerts can be geotargeted (such as "Evacuate Building B"), addressed to a specific profile (such as the security managers). Acknowledgment is tracked to confirm all concerned employees received it, including remote and traveling employees if appropriate.
Regularly remind employees with important policies and best practices
The solution makes it easy to use the backgrounds and lock screens of the desktops/laptops as a non intrusive but highly visible channel to regularly share corporate news, HR updates, compliance reminders, best practices. With the same targeting and scheduling possibilities like for the notifications and alerts, the company can inform the users of the workstations without disrupting their business activities.
