Archive SAP and non-SAP content in the cloud
The solution provides an archiving service in the cloud, allowing ArchiveLink, ILM, or CMIS data sources and viewing of usage statistics. The connector is the gateway to the cloud and compresses and encrypts the content with a customer-owned key.
Integrate content in SAP business processes
The solution lets you integrate content with SAP business processes. Business documents can be accesses via standard SAP attachment list or business process views, allowing access to content in the right business context in the SAP GUI and SAP Fiori.
Enhance content generation and access with rich imaging clients
The solution comes with a set of imaging clients such as viewers, supporting notes and annotations, desktop integration to attach Microsoft Office documents and emails to SAP transactions, and a scanning solution to digitize paper documents.
