Plan your reorganization and personnel changes
Create several versions of reorganization plan to help you with decision making. Past organization history is recorded and can be viewed for reorganization planning. You can also distribute or combine the plan, which helps with interdepartmental cooperation.
Model new organization structures with drag-and-drop
On the organization tree, you can drag and drop leaders and members to other organizations. When you delete an organization or merge two of them, its members are moved automatically to a pool list, which saves a lot of time and effort.
Import the reorganization result into SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central
The intuitive UI is based on SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central data, where you can reorganize organizations. Also, the final version of the reorganization can be imported to SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central and processed immediately.
