Employees can view in SAP SuccessFactors UI, every leave quota, entitlement, balance and request status as calculated by backend time evaluation (Infotype 2006 absence quotas), real time update is trigguered after every change.
Inherite SAP ERP HCM validation rules
Employees can create, edit, and cancel leave requests, including half-day absences, in SAP SuccessFactors even during payroll processing. Requests are checked according to SAP ERP HCM Time Management Business Rules and Setup. Errors massages are immedialtely retreaved to requester.
Replicate back-end absences
Absence that are input directly to SAP ERP HCM (like sickleave, labor accident) are synchronized in order to update team calender. SAP ERP HCM absences are also migrated to SAP Successfactors Time Off for the same purpose.
